Registration Fees

  • Resident: $125
  • Residency Program Director: $125
  • Residency Program Coordinator: $125
  • Preceptor: $125
  • Fellow: $125
  • Pharmacy Student: $75

Registration Fee includes continental breakfast, presentations, lunch and reception.

Programs may register multiple attendees at one time by using the guest registration option within the registration form. This allows you to complete a single registration while adding additional participants as guests. 

Payment Options: Payment can be made via credit card or you can be invoiced with payment made by check or money order.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask to be informed of cancellations as early as possible, but understand that patient care needs may dictate late notification.
